It is time for tea but you cannot really serve tea alone. You would also want to serve a couple of knick knacks with tea. There are one or two nibbles that be a perfect companion to tea. And, don’t you worry, as you will not have to spend endless hours in the kitchen attempting to make them. Let us take a fast look at some easy yet entirely mouth-watering tea time break recipes.

When it is about tea time nibbles, nothing works better than sandwiches. They’re not just be filling but also simple to make. You can certainly stick to the same old vegetable or chicken sandwich. Or you also have the selection of dropping them to try something new. You can try egg salad sandwiches, cucumber mint tea sandwiches, goat cheese and watercress sandwich.

Finish the process by baking it in a tray for 10-12 minutes.

If you’re a potato lover then having roasted potatoes for tea could well bring a grin on your face. You might need baby potatoes for this. These are simple to make and taste superb too. Boil baby potatoes. Peel them and marinate them in the dressing and spice of your choosing. Put them in the microwave for a few minutes and you are done. You’re going to relish every single bite that you eat.

Plant cutlets are another interesting tea time recipe. Get all the vegetables that you have at home. Half boil these vegetables and allow them cool. Keep more of potatoes and less of other vegetables. Now, mash all the vegetables with your hands and turn them into dough. Add a slice of bread or 2 as this will make the binding of the veg simpler. Now, make small balls of the dough and coat them with breadcrumbs. Deep fry and sever hot with sauce.
